Payment guide

1. COD – cash on delivery (recommended): receive and inspect the goods, then pay the delivery staff.

2. Bank transfer: the account details appear immediately after you place the order, and can be viewed again any time on the Track order page. Use your order code (MK…) as the transfer reference so we can match the payment automatically.

3. Corporate orders: we support contracts, deposits and full VAT invoicing.

Mekong HI never asks you to transfer money to an unfamiliar personal account – please stay alert to impersonation attempts.
