Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you place an order: full name, phone number, delivery address (province/city, ward/commune, house number and street), email (if provided), order notes, and VAT invoice details (tax code, company name and address) if you request one.

When you submit an advice form: full name, phone/Zalo number, email (if provided) and your message.

When you sign in: your phone number and any delivery addresses you choose to save.

When you write a review: your display name and phone number (used only to verify you actually purchased; the phone number is never shown publicly and the name is shortened when displayed).

Automatically: IP address and access time, used to prevent spam and fraudulent orders; anonymous traffic statistics via Google Analytics.

2. What we use it for

Processing and delivering your order, calling to confirm, customer care and complaint handling, issuing invoices on request, and fraud prevention. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only to the extent needed to complete your order:

Delivery partners – name, phone number and delivery address, so they can deliver to you.
Payment gateways (VNPay, MoMo) – order code and amount, when you choose online payment. We never see or store your card number or banking password.
Government authorities – upon a lawful written request.

We do not sell or trade your information with anyone else.

4. Where and how long we keep it

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (Asia–Pacific region), with regular backups and HTTPS encryption in transit. Order records are kept for at least 5 years as required by Vietnamese invoicing and accounting rules. IP addresses used for fraud prevention are deleted after 24 hours. One-time login codes (OTP) expire after 10 minutes and are stored hashed – never in plain text.

5. Your rights

Under Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection, you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to request deletion, to request that processing stops, and to withdraw your consent.

You can view and edit your own details under Account, or look up an order at Track order. For deletion requests, contact the hotline or email in the footer – we respond within 72 hours. Note: data attached to an issued invoice must be retained under accounting rules and cannot be deleted before that period ends.

6. Children

This website is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
