Free 1-for-1 exchange within 7 days of receipt if: the product has a manufacturing fault, is damaged in shipping, or the wrong type/quantity was delivered.
Conditions: the product must have its original seal/label intact, with unboxing photos or video (we recommend recording video when opening the package). Mekong HI covers all exchange costs in the cases above.
