Free 1-for-1 exchange within 7 days of receipt if: the product has a manufacturing fault, is damaged in shipping, or the wrong type/quantity was delivered.
Conditions: the product must have its original seal/label intact, with unboxing photos or video (we recommend recording video when opening the package). Mekong HI covers all exchange costs in the cases above.
Refund available if the product does not match the description on our website. Contact our hotline/Zalo for guidance during business hours.
